1. Also the strong smell of the room was very irritating, I guess it was the cleaning powders or somewhat.

4. As soon as I mentioned the company I used to book the room, the rude manager of the hotel, Nando, knew exactly what went wrong and it seemed they had this instance happen many times.

5. The location is nice but it looks like a run down motor lodge from the 1970's on the outside and I'm sure the rooms are no better.

6. Overall, even a pretty big hole on the curtains in my room and lack of available parking did not discourage me more about the hotel than its careless stuff, cheating with prices and rude with customers.

10. We were checked into a room that had not even been cleaned from the last guests and when we called them about it they kind of shrugged it off like it was a common experience there.
