1. The room was actually very nice and the maid does a great job cleaning with the exception of dumping my expensive coffee down the drain and the price was very reasonable.

3. We called the hotel to try and recover them and were told that the maids have a separate office that is only open 8am to 4 pm.

4. I had also brought my own very expensive decaf coffee and had made an entire full pot, and while we were out the maid decided to dump out an entire full pot of coffee.
