When confronted with this evidence, she admitted it was the hotel who would charge my credit card and she could cancel the charge, but we had violated the cancellation policy which was 72 hours and she told us we would be charged an $ 80 cancellation fee which was $10 more than the original price quoted for a 1 night stay.

2. We ordered a taxi down to fisherman's wharf and a staff member pretended he was a taxi driver and tried to charge us three times the usual rate!(he didnt get it.

5. Well we get to the corner, and somehow the front desk lady managed to high tail it across the parking lot to to the corner and tell us that she'd have to charge us 15 dollars an hour after 11 if we left the car.

8. So the next morning I check out and I realize that they did not call a taxi for me but they scheduled an employee to take me to the airport with his filthy car and charge 50$ cash ( that's illegal by the way in SFO ).
