1. we never moved our car fro parking lot, on our check out day we notice the manager (owner) of this hotel bump my car into the wood fence, they said they will ltake care of it.

3. So the next morning I check out and I realize that they did not call a taxi for me but they scheduled an employee to take me to the airport with his filthy car and charge 50$ cash ( that's illegal by the way in SFO ).
