4. My son wanted to stay in the room for breakfast and the wait staff were always very willing to help me take food up to the room with trays, plates, etc. The room was also very quiet.

6. We were three girls and had no problem sharing one room (and we all had room for our luggage!) even the bathroom was a good size and looked newly renovated.

7. From our window on the 23rd floor we saw the Empire State Building almost next door, so we were right in the city and in spite of this our room was so very quiet and we had a good nights sleep every night (stayed 4 nights).
