1. The room space is great for a family, 2 queen beds and a pull-out sofa in a separate living area.

Be prepared for things like: Broken outdoor pool heater, empty keg selections in the bar/broken blender to make drinks, well worn rugs, door handle missing on closet, etc. On the plus side, the tile and fixtures in the bathroom seemed to be new and the room had a fridge, micro, and coffee maker.

5. Room was good size but signs of wear - things that could easily be fixed such as tattered lamp shade, Elevator in need of update - elevator floor just looked dirty.

7. It was clear that the hotel was understaffed - as after being out all day - when we returned at 5pm - our room had not been made up and the staff was still working to get rooms ready for new arrivals.

8. The staff couldn't have been friendlier, the room was nice (the quietest hotel room I can ever remember staying in)and clean, the food at the breakfast buffet was very good and overall a very nice stay.
