1. The room is so run down the nice front lobby can't conceal the 1 star quality rooms.

2. They have nice seating with a flat screen TV in the lobby which is nice, and everyone we encountered who worked at the hotel was very nice and the front desk manager who checked us in was very polite and guest service oriented.
