1. Inside and out the building is in poor shape, the front desk was far from welcoming, and my room was gross.

3. They have nice seating with a flat screen TV in the lobby which is nice, and everyone we encountered who worked at the hotel was very nice and the front desk manager who checked us in was very polite and guest service oriented.
