1. The closet door, when opened, also worked as a door to the sink area which was great for me with two kids of the opposite sex.

Be prepared for things like: Broken outdoor pool heater, empty keg selections in the bar/broken blender to make drinks, well worn rugs, door handle missing on closet, etc. On the plus side, the tile and fixtures in the bathroom seemed to be new and the room had a fridge, micro, and coffee maker.

3. The room was small with a strange set-up: Seemed like a quick fix idea to get a king bed in the room and use the closet door to also serve as the partition for the bathroom.
