1. There is a help yourself closet on everyfloor so you can get more pillows, blankets, ironing board, etc. I really apprciated this.

3. The 12th floor has an amenities closet where you can help yourself to extra pillows, toiletries, coffee, etc, and there is a chilled bottled water dispenser on each floor.

5. I liked the idea of getting my own needs out of a guest closet - extra pillows, blankets, etc. Plus each floor had a free bottled water service next to the elevators.
