1. So many hotels supplement their room-rate by charging extortionate hourly fees for internet access, so it was a really nice surprise to find that the Club Quarters doesn't.

4. The only complaints I have is that they charged $35 dollars for a late check-out (45 min late) and when I called to change a reservation it was just after 12 and I was charged an extra nights fee.

7. I'm not thrilled with the $35 early check-in fee they implemented, but I guess if you want to check in early, you'll pay the fee, but it feels chintzy.

8. When I called CQ they patronizingly explained this is a common authorization fee that my bank is now withholding, so I should call the bank to find out how long until it is removed.
