1. It was probably a 10 - 15 minute walk to South Street, which I understand to be where the cool kids hang out on a Saturday night.

7. Since it was a Monday night though, the streets were relatively quiet and it was only the hum of a million city air conditioners that resonated through the night.

10. In terms of the room, I found it to be completely satisfactory, and did not really hear street noise as some people have complained about (aside from sirens and horns, which are to be expected in a city), but then again I was on the 10th floor.
