1. The check-in and check-out process is very quick and convenient but the poeple at the front desk could improve in personality-their interaction with guestswas somewhat cold.

5. The only complaints I have is that they charged $35 dollars for a late check-out (45 min late) and when I called to change a reservation it was just after 12 and I was charged an extra nights fee.

10. Although we didn`t have any problems with the staff-they were very friendly and helpful-you could avoid them completely if you wanted to as they have automated check-in and check-out.
