1. The beds were fine but still on the old bed frames (so they moved and rocked every time you rolled over).

2. The bed had large cigarette burns, stained carpet, yellow walls, old food in the refrigerator, finger prints all over the bathroom walls, a broken safety latch on the door, stained sheets, and a terrible odor.

3. I pulled back the bed spread because it looked as though it was not made up correctly or that someone had just gotten out of the bed and found 5 different types of hairs on one side of the bed with makeup smudged on the pillow.

4. No clean towel's, the trash wasn't emptied,The bed hadn't been made, the coffee pot still had the mornings coffee left sitting in it, no one had even gone into the room, yet we had to trip over the maids cart to leave.

5. At about 3 am i was notified by my bank i was over drawn on my account, so when i got out of bed i called and found out that the Ramada had charged my account $136 not the $64 Dan told me he would, yet Dan was not there or available, so Chris got Dan on the phone and Dan told him that he never said that, so this night clerk is calling me a liar.

6. The regular rooms have only one full size bed.
