3. I got an email from the manager who basically said I was given a favor by not being charged for the full 3 nights and they had to charge me the $79 b/c the room had been used for more than an hour and housekeeping had to clean the room.

4. He said he wouldn't charge me for the nights I haven't stayed, but he had to charge me for the 4 hours I was in the room and he had to charge me full price, which was $79, and I could speak to the manager when he came in three days later.
