5. Bottom line: I always get a great price, parking is free, the location for local concert venues (and anything downtown for that matter) is awesome, and I can park and walk to just about anywhere.

7. He said he wouldn't charge me for the nights I haven't stayed, but he had to charge me for the 4 hours I was in the room and he had to charge me full price, which was $79, and I could speak to the manager when he came in three days later.
