At about 3 am i was notified by my bank i was over drawn on my account, so when i got out of bed i called and found out that the Ramada had charged my account $136 not the $64 Dan told me he would, yet Dan was not there or available, so Chris got Dan on the phone and Dan told him that he never said that, so this night clerk is calling me a liar.

6. No clean towel's, the trash wasn't emptied,The bed hadn't been made, the coffee pot still had the mornings coffee left sitting in it, no one had even gone into the room, yet we had to trip over the maids cart to leave.
