1. To make things worse tavelocity charged my credit card $* and the hotel charged us * dollars when my bill was * when i called the hotel about the bill they told me there was nothing they could do about it until the manager got back in town wich was 4 day later.

2. He said because I had booked so far in advance that I had already gotten myself the best room rate he could give me and there was not much he could discount for the water disaster and that he had my information and would be billing my visa for all the fire alarm damages.
