1. There were a couple of problems with housekeeping staff (discovered that one bed did not have a top sheet when getting into bed the first night, no replenishment of cups and coffee the first day) but they were taken care of when we left a note.

9. We brought a sound machine and used ear plugs and we could still hear music pounding through the walls at 3am; however, the comfortable bed almost made up for the noise.
