8. The not so great : the pool is a bit gross and all the lounge chairs are broken and dirty, they dont seem to have enough maids to clean all the rooms everyday -- we heard lots of complains of people whose rooms didnt get cleaned each day.

The beds lacked bed skirts, we had to ask for tissues, it took literally several minutes to get hot water and it had to be fixed the first night we were there, the sink did not want to drain, the maid left her gloves on the suitcase and they changed out the sofa while we were out without any notice which was just weird.
