1. Housekeeping never would replace the towels they took, so I had to call down or track someone down every day to get fresh towels.

2. we came back at 8:30 pm, the trash was emptied, bathroom cleaned, we have fresh towels, but our sheets were not changed, nor the bed was made.

6. I had a room with a queen bed that was cozy but had more than enough space, the sheets and towels were nice, I had housekeeping coming each day asking if I needed service - and all the hotel staff from the valet to the check in desk were very very helpful.
