1. We had wireless in our room with no issues and there's computers in the lobby as well which was nice for checking in for our departing flight and printing boarding passes.

3. The only complaints were the charge for computer useage in the lobby ($6/15 min) but you could print boarding passes for free and there was wireless and there was no safe in the room.

4. Lear stated wireless was never addressed however after some brief discussoin back and forth and continuing to reiterate this was not discussed they finally relented and converted us to wireless.

7. I didn't use the Internet service provided by the hotel, although I noticed it is a type of WIFI I've had problems connecting to in the past at other hotels; that's one reason I didn't even try.
