1. I said 'that's it!', we went back to the front desk and asked to speak to the manager, The manager we talked to was nice and apologetic, but still no resolution was offered, there was another lady there waiting to speak to him too with the same complaint.

5. The manager was 'in a meeting' and not available but would call, The next afternoon the night manager did call to explain that there were no rooms as reserved and nothing better available, and he pointed out that the rooms were adequate for our needs - and the beds were European queens.
