1. The bed was very uncomfortable (thin, squishy and roll into the middle), some TV channels did not come in, no extra pillows and blankets, you can hear everything going on outside the room, and the balcony was small (enough room for two people to stand (no sitting furnture).

3. No down comforter, fireplace on the wall, decent bed.

4. There were ants in the bed, an extremely noisy a/c unit that no one explained how to work, etc. So we went to the restaurant, waited 15 minutes before a server even came by to seat us, and had the worst service and food ever.

5. I switched rooms and inspected the bed before sleeping but was too freaked out to stay the rest of the time.

6. Our room was cozy (medium sized with one king bed), everything worked (including the flat screen, wall mounted TV and DVD player), and the noise level was acceptable (an older building, but kept up).
