3. There was a wedding going on in the lobby and we were asked to leave during this time; we were going to sit by the fire pit which appeared to be a nice relaxing place to spend some time.

4. We traveled on Christmas weekend and the resort had several large families staying there who basically took over the lobby and were extremely LOUD and rude, the front desk clerk did NOTHING to try and civilize them.
