4. We found the front desk staff unwilling and unable to help us with the simplest of questions consistently, such as 'does your restaurant take reservations?' As Most of the staff said no, but at dinnertime we were told we needed a reservation and that they were full - they couldn't feed their own guests but could accomodate bus tours.

5. We traveled on Christmas weekend and the resort had several large families staying there who basically took over the lobby and were extremely LOUD and rude, the front desk clerk did NOTHING to try and civilize them.

8. The front desk clerk explained NOTHING about our stay, the room, eating, the spa, etc. We asked if we needed reservations for dinner (it was 7pm) she said it was a good idea because they were extremely busy.
