1. Rooms certainly need updating - air con is noisy and we had to turn it off in the night, TV channels available in each room differ, bathroom clean but looks abit old.

4. there is no door separating the bathroom and the bedroom so if you take friends I hope you are okay with bodily functions and no privacy.
