1. There is also the option of them making the bed, cleaning up, etc. BUT not changing the sheets.

2. They already have an assortment of pillows on the bed (really soft to firm), but they also have a 'pillow menu' which offers hypoallergenic, u-neck, reading, etc. Small room came with mini fridge, which was a plus.

4. We had two full size beds in the room that should only be accommodating one bed and the bathroom was just a little bigger than the ones you find in the airplane.

5. This so called Boutique hotel in middle of Seattle downtown offering wooden planks to correct their bed that's not worthy for a homeless person.

8. Shower only (and the smallest shower we had ever experienced) the bath products were Aveda, bed linens lovely, Italian coffee delish, cool robes (2 not 1 0 very good) and a really good hair dryer (not those puny ones).

9. The room had a wonderful bed, lovely linens, a pillow menu(!), down comforter, a window that opens for fresh air when you want it and black out blinds for sleeping in.

10. On the plus side, the bed is comfortable, the pillows are quite nice, the TV worked well, and there are good coffee and tea selections (free).
