1. Very disappointed our king size bed was not delivered upon even though it was noted as a selling point in our itinerary For the first 3 days I had to complain to reception that Clean towels were not left, trash not emptied, tea/coffee refills not left, when I rung housekeeping to inquire where the mugs were I was told in no uncertain terms to check the dishwasher as it may need to be emptied.
