3. Very disappointed our king size bed was not delivered upon even though it was noted as a selling point in our itinerary For the first 3 days I had to complain to reception that Clean towels were not left, trash not emptied, tea/coffee refills not left, when I rung housekeeping to inquire where the mugs were I was told in no uncertain terms to check the dishwasher as it may need to be emptied.

5. Seperate bathrooms ( a must ), full kitchen, daily clean linens, pool towels-new ones several times a day, expdia travel agents that we were able to book our kayak tour with in the lobby, our bed was made most everyday & clean sheets every 3rd day.

6. The resort has two large pools and two good sized hot tubs with towels available near by so you don't have to bring them down from your room.

Also, although we have received fresh towels each day the cleaning so far has been at a minimum (cooked dinner last night and came back to dirty stove and kitchen counters this morning so ended up cleaning my own mess which was a little disappointing since I am on vacation :-) And finally, the pull out couch bed is NOT very comfortable but the main bed in the bedroom is more than comfortable.

What we liked:- Beach access- Swiming pools- Towels provided- Beautiful garden- Kitchen in condo- Clean roomWhat we did not like:- amenity fee of $10/day extra - internet is slow for anything useful, some DVD's do not work properly (besides with beach nearby DVD's are not needed anyway)- parking fee of $9/day extra.
