3. Not only did they bring the sheets up to the room and help change the bed, Nancy (the woman at the front desk) even bought a 7-up out of the vending machine and offered their own personal crackers for our daughter to help calm her stomache.

4. The room and bathroom were clean and fresh (the hotel is only a couple of years old), the bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the complimentary breakfast offered scrambled eggs and sausage in addition to the regular breakfast fare in a spacious pleasant room.
