4. They did offer to list it as a 'no show' if we didn't show up for the first night and I told them of course we were not going to 'show up' since her foot was broken and they were 'gracious' enough to charge us for the first night.

7. When I called him a week later, he was very unprofessional and said he recalled something about it but once a charge is made on a credit card they cannot make any adjustments (interesting to read some of the other reviews on here regarding similar customer service).

9. Mainly: Be prepared to have a little extra in your charge account - they add a $50 per day charge for 'incidentals' and we never even charged anything to our room.
