1. Manager could care less if the "free" breakfast is replenished, the elevator is dirty, or that the exterior door was propped open at night during our stay but please, dear travelers, never,ever get in the pool area early.

7. We produced the fax which showed we were quoted the $153 price, and the manager pointed out the 'fine print' which stated that the price on the confirmation was an estimated nightly rate and could be revised without notice.

8. The VERY overzealous manager blew off our early check in request (we had proof of date/time/and staff member we confirmed with) and nearly threw a tantrum when we accessed the whirpool 15 min early (again confirmed with a staff member).
