4. We were able to check in much earlier than its stated time, & there was no problem pulling up the reservation I made the night before.

5. The VERY overzealous manager blew off our early check in request (we had proof of date/time/and staff member we confirmed with) and nearly threw a tantrum when we accessed the whirpool 15 min early (again confirmed with a staff member).

7. At check in we were told each guest gets two complimentary drinks each evening and while we didn`t take advantage of this we noticed several people enjoying a beer and snacks as we made our way out to dinner.
