1. It is very small and with only half glass closure, which looks nice but not much help to prevent the bathroom floor from getting wet after the shower.

4. But when my wife told the management that there was broken glass on the floor in the bathroom of the room (and indeed, a note from a prior guest saying so!), they did not respond with aplomb and three hours later after returning from dinner, the glass was still on the floor.
