Club level club was nice to have after all - were able to get included breakfast before heading out to early harry potter hour - the drinks and wine were nice, as were cookies - I would have really rated this a great stay except for that horrendous wait for a room with no real apology as to why and that bad bathroom and smell after waiting - I would say check your room and complain if not right.

8. Ended up with a room with the worst view, a shabby bathroom (which I now see is most everyone's complaint) that had a chipped tub and smelled like smoke.

10. The bathroom was filthy, the shower had hair strung in it, toothpaste 'mints' in sink and on mirror, there was a dirty towel left on the floor, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash and just not what my wife considers a nice place.
