5. They don't clean the kitchen, the bathrooms, no vacuum-cleaning, no cleaning of glass surfaces (and there are plenty of those).

7. After visiting a second room I booked for a coworker and seeing his regular (smaller) bathroom and shower, I cleverly deduced that we were booked in an ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) room.

9. A few other irritations included the 10 am checkout time (obviously a bit too early for most of us with children), no replenishment of bathroom toiletries during our stay, and the lack of anything particularly interesting on site.
