Pro's- Nice big pool area with waterfall, childrens pool, enclosed splash zone and hot tubs- Pool bar service and food was good- Provided a 'childrens buffet' one night with great fare and good price point (at pool bar)- Nice little 'market' where Starbucks coffee, breakfast sandwiches, groceries could be purchased- Great market staffCon's- Expansive property could be difficult for some to walk (we had a building close to pool)- Less than stellar maid service- Agressive calls from Hilton Staff wanting time for a sales pitch during your stay- Less than accomodating front desk staffI stayed at this property for 2 nights with my wife, 6 year old and 18 month old.

9. I stay here because I get an extra 2k points/stay for them not having breakfast available even though I have Diamond statusChecking In - If you have HH status it will never be acknowledged during check in.

10. The kitchen for a hotel room was amazing kept spotlessly clean, and I am very fussy, and it had everything,washing machine, dryer dishwasher and huge fridge freezer with ice machine, plenty of wardrobe space and a lovely screened patio to sit out at breakfast.
