4. Lovely details like free copy of US Today, Welcome message, daily message re activity programme, pleasant, efficient staff, a great wee on-site shop and lovely pool-side restaurant add up to a top class accommodation and a place you're made to feel welcome.

7. Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful (with the exception of the restaurant - see below), and always willing to assist.
