1. There was a stain on the carpeting, the bathroom wallpaper was starting to peel, and the furniture and TV were dated.

7. The room looked recently updated which was nice but the pool was filthy and the bathroom was disgusting, the shower hadn't been cleaned since the last family and there were hairs on the shower walls.
