1. I had to ask for clean sheets from the maintanence man and changed them myself.

2. The room had clean sheets and towels (although some could be recycled as they were getting old and frayed), but it was in need of a good DEEP cleaning - hair in corners of the bathroom, etc. Also I stayed on the 7th floor which at one time was obviously a smoking floor.

4. I was sure to check the bed linens per other reviews and lo and behold there were lots of hairs in the sheets.
