The staff was excellent!(however a little snafu at check in when the nice desk clerk gave us a room that someone was already in and when we entered the room noticed luggage and someone's uneaten lunch we immediately called down and were advised to come right back to get the right room - good thing we're honest people or that person's things could have been gone.

4. at breakfast our coupon for 10% off at their restaurant turned out to be for lunch only, then the cash register broke leaving us to wait, then once back to our crummy room I couldn't get the key to work and a maid had to let us in.
