1. I experienced impeccable service from amazing room service delivery times, to anything I ever needed from the front desk like taxi's etc. You can walk from the Amtrak station and also it's easy to walk to the bus stop to get downtown.

2. This hotel was an absolute hell-hole: filthy, run down, service sucked (took 1.5 hours for a simple pizza room service delivery from the in-house restaurant), food quality at the in-house restaurant is nothing short of unacceptable and disgusting - that scum pit needs to be avoided like the plague.
