1. Housekeeping is wonderful - one of the few hotels where a maid isn't banging on my door at 9AM or talking loudly out in the hall.

2. The one incident that really upset me besides the unprofessional staff and the dingy atmosphere on our floor was when housekeeping knocked on our door at 8AM.
