However it's not perfect - the
bathroom
was fairly clean, but not spotless, and the beds were too soft for our taste.

The
bathroom
s were a decent size for an older building; much larger than the Renaissance in Asheville or the JW Marriott in Washington, DC.

The rooms are also a bit noisy, with hall chatter leaking in at Midnight, and somewhat humid as there is no exhaust fan in the
bathroom
.

Hairs on floor, towels and in bathtub in
bathroom
, dust on surfaces in room, I feel management should raise standard with their housekeepers and have a QC process because this place would be perfect once this is addressed.
