2. The manager, upon checkout, agreed to provide me with additional Marriott Rewards Points to make up for the customer service issues I encountered but I don't believe this is enough to make me stay there again.

3. Spoke to the manager and all of the suites were taken up by the Marriott executives who were in town (guess we know who they value the most), she ended up putting me in a very small room that had internet working in it, close to the elevator, close to the ice machine.

6. Nothing happens, so I call back at 8:15am and ask for the manager who apologizes profusely, going to call Engineering to have it stopped and he will fire them.
