1. The rooms were clean, comfortable, the bathroom was small but adequate, water pressure was good and hot water in the am/pm.

4. Walls were dirty, bathrooms need to be redone urgently, carpets are stained, but clearly all these things pale in comparison to the bed bug issue (check bedbugregistry website and you will find a list of complaints for the hotel).
