5. When we arrived at this hotel, we were informed that they will charge us $64 a night for 2 cars, thats $128 dollars for 2 nights at this hotel just for parking.

6. When I asked if I could get a trolley or cart for our bags that were still in the parking area downstairs nobody offered to assist the bell guy just looked at me, and finally when I was trying to push the trolley he asked if I needed help which should have been obvious.

8. It felt I was sleeping on concreteThe only thing you could see true this parking & hotel is that the pickwick is trying to make as much profit as possible at cost of the service for the guests.
