1. The room was clean and spacious for Chicago and the the housekeeping staff was great, tidying up our personal things (my husband said it was like my mother was traveling with us!) and laying items in the bathroom out on a fresh hand towel.

5. The bathroom area was separated (which I prefer) so the toilet/shower closed off from the vanity/mirror area which helps when you have several women getting ready in the morning.

6. There were 2 TVs, plenty of dresser drawer storage, climate control, granite countertops, a magnified mirror in the bathroom, full kitchen with dishes (we didn't use anything other than refrig & coffeepot).

9. Bathroom was nice and clean, although the sink and vanity were in the bathroom with the shower and toilet--I prefer to have the vanity outside of the bathroom because it's easier for everyone to get ready in the morning.
