1. I will give the property kudos for trying to upgrade its image with new flooring, paint, upgrade rooms and bathrooms but it is loud during the day if you are near any of the construction, and there is lots of new paint smells, etc. My room was an average size, with two double beds, nice size flat screen TV and work desk.
